Kit Details

Manufacturer

Surridge continued as the club's kit manufacturer.

Main Sponsors

One Call continued as the club's main home shirt sponsor.

OCL continued as the club's main away shirt sponsor.

Secondary Sponsors

Senior Salmon became the clubs new back of home shirt sponsor and their logo also appeared on the back of all shorts.

Home Kit & Variations

The home kit remained the same as the previous season but unlike the previous season there was a variation where yellow shorts were worn as opposed to the usual blue. This combination was worn twice, away at Colchester & Barrow and was the first time the club had worn yellow shorts since 2015/16.

Away Kit & Variations

This season saw the launch of a new away kit. It saw a return to blue as an away kit for the first time since 2013/14.

The shirts were made from a mesh like fabric called VapiDri which was supposedly designed for athletes. The players and supporters spec of shirts were the same with no differences between the two.

The only variation saw the yellow socks from the home kit worn away at Harrogate.

Goalkeeper Home Kit & Variations

The green goalkeeper shirt was the same design as 19/20 but a home 'One Call' sponsored version was seen for the first time alongside the OCL version used the previous season.

There was a change to the socks with a rather out of place black band added with the Surridge logo on top. The previous season saw plain green socks wore with this kit.

Goalkeeper Away Kit & Variations

A new goalkeeper kit was added using the same pattern as the new away kit. Despite being based on the away kit it was worn for the majority with the home sponsor only seeing 3 outings with the away sponsor.

The material was also the same as the away kit being more of a mesh like material rather than that of the home kit and home goalkeeper kit.

FA Cup

The FA Cup first round also fell in line with the Remembrance fixtures where the club would wear a central poppy with the FA Cup sleeve patches. As with the previous season the club would keep the left sleeve SkyBet patch despite not being required to.

There was a redesigned FA Cup patch which was now a more stylish red rectangle design.

Remembrance Fixtures

Once again the club opted for a poppy on the shirt rather than an armband for the rememberence fixtures.

This season however there were three fixtures in which the poopy featured. Strangely there was another fixture away at Bolton in between these matches but the poppy was not worn.

The nearest home game to the remeberence weekend fell on 31st October at home to Walsall, this was the first of the 3 poppy games with it then worn again away at Sunderland in the FA Cup & Scunthorpe away in the EFL Trophy.

Charity Shirt

For the visit of Forest Green the Stags & Surridge created a one off shirt to celebrate the work done by the NHS during the pandemic. The shirt had the writing 'We're in this together' inside the neckline. Sponsors One Call Insurance & Senior Salmon both forgave their sponsorship. The Surridge logo appeared on the back of a shirt for the first time. The shorts and socks were from the main home kit with no changes seen.

Replicas were sold prior to the game and then the match worn shirts were sold in an online auction to raise money for NHS charities. The leagues 'Not Today or Any Day' sleeve patch was not used with this shirt.
